For long haul and Middle East visitors we suggest travel via Madrid International Airport from where there are 4-5 international flight connections a day. Flight duration is 60 minutes.

Valencia has an excellent range of hotels to suit all shapes and sizes of budget with 4 star and 5 star options including top rated Only You, MYR Palacio Vallier, and ESTIMAR Valencia which are all top grade hotels . The Old Town in the city centre is 15 minutes taxi ride to the Valencia Forum Expo Hall with taxi drop-off and pick-up just one minute walk from curb to door. Journey time to and from the airport is also around 15-20 minutes.

And visitors can be assured of the same high standards as delegates except that their free pass does not give access to the conference sessions.
