Integro™ works by altering ionic activity in the water, disrupting the conditions under which scale typically adheres to surfaces. This prevents hard limescale accumulation on RO membranes, pipes, and heat-exchange equipment – without forcing bulk precipitation, sacrificial media, or chemical dosing. By mitigating scaling and fouling, the Integro™ improves energy efficiency, prolongs membrane life, and reduces chemical and cleaning requirements.

Already proven across hundreds of installations in the UK, Europe, and the USA for limescale prevention, Legionella control, and energy savings, the Integro™ is now being applied to desalination. Independent testing at Cranfield University and in live desalination plants has shown measurable improvements in system efficiency and reductions in operational cost.
